3. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider. Personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses, and other data generated via a website.

The use of the hosting provider is for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of providing our online offering securely, quickly, and efficiently through a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Server log files

The website host automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser automatically transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website.

4. Cloudflare CDN

We use the service Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) as a Content Delivery Network and to protect against unauthorized access. With every page request, connection data including IP addresses is transmitted to Cloudflare servers. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security and availability).

5. Email communication

When you contact us by email or we contact you, the personal data transmitted (in particular name, email address and the content of the message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry or conducting the communication.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the communication relates to a contractual relationship or pre-contractual measures, otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest in processing incoming inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data will be deleted once the purpose of the communication has ceased and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Microsoft 365

Emails are processed via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

7. Contact form

If you submit inquiries to us via the contact form, the details you provide, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

Data collected: name, email address, phone number (optional), message.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively processing inquiries directed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

8. Google Fonts

This site uses Google Fonts for uniform presentation of fonts. When you open a page, your browser loads the required fonts into its cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. This gives Google knowledge that this website was accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Fonts is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
